Five were selected after the first report. Medisana was bought three days earlier and is retained because it is part of the working monitoring setup.

Bought from Medisave UK after the Polish listing failed. It reached the UK forwarding address on 11 August, left the UK on 13 August and entered Poland on 16 August. After one unsuccessful delivery attempt on 20 August, the carrier confirmed receipt on 21 August.

Creative SP-20 ear bundle

US$199 + US$108.73 forwarding + 261 PLN import payment

Turner Medical restocked the recorder, adult ear probe and finger probe bundle. It reached Shipito on 13 August. The US$108.73 mailout covered US$100.23 DHL Express, US$5.25 express processing and a US$3.25 payment fee. Shipito released it on 20 August, the 261 PLN import charge was paid on 24 August, and DHL delivered it at 15:39 that day.

How the basket was completed

  1. 1Buy the local devices first: Medisana, Withings and POWERbreathe.
  2. 2Reject the unavailable MIR Smart One substitute because it omits FVC.
  3. 3Use verified Medisave stock and a UK forwarding route for the Contec SP70B.
  4. 4Wait for Turner restock, route the complete SP-20 bundle through Shipito, declare its contents and battery, then buy DHL Express mailout.
  5. 5Track carrier receipt, customs and final delivery separately from seller confirmation.

The selected full-spirometry device is the Contec SP70B. The unavailable MIR order is not part of the final basket.

Contec SP70B - first attempt

699.87 PLN paid

DRG MedTek accepted payment, then said the listing was a system error: it had no SP70B and said the manufacturer no longer produced it. The order was cancelled and refund details were supplied. This failed order does not count as a device acquired.

MIR Spirobank Smart

Respira accepted the order, then said it could supply only the MIR Smart One. That substitute measures PEF and FEV1 but not FVC. Contec SP70B was selected as the replacement full-spirometry device. No MIR shipment or later seller update was found by 20 August.

Bottom line: all six selected devices are delivered. Contec SP70B was received on 21 August. Creative SP-20 followed on 24 August at 15:39 after Shipito forwarding and a 261 PLN import payment. The MIR order remains excluded because the seller could not supply the ordered full-spirometry model.
